These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeethuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the jeeth uzz.com website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the jeethuzz platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jeethuzz platform and close any account you may hold. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on jeethuzz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jeethuzz operates a strict 18+ policy. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jeethuzz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from the jeethuzz platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by jeethuzz or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in accordance with the laws applicable to you.

jeethuzz takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor is accessing or has accessed the jeethuzz platform, please contact us immediately at support@jeethuzz. We will investigate all such reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to restrict access to online gambling services on shared or family devices. jeethuzz accepts no liability for underage access where a player has provided false information at the point of registration.

Each individual may register one account only on jeethuzz. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeethuzz reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonus awards or winnings associated with duplicate accounts, and recover any withdrawal amounts made from such accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or the identity of another person when registering. jeethuzz will rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate registration data submitted by you.

jeethuzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our internal compliance standards. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• A selfie or video verification as directed by our compliance team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeethuzz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeethuzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support@jeethuzz immediately.

All financial transactions on jeethuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered and should not be attempted via third-party services when transacting with jeethuzz.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on jeethuzz:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed at the cashier. jeethuzz reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit and to an account registered in the same name as the jeethuzz account. jeethuzz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or accounts belonging to other individuals. Standard withdrawal processing time is one business day for amounts up to ৳20,000; larger amounts may require additional verification and processing time of up to three business days.

Deposits that remain unplayed for a period exceeding 180 days may be subject to an inactivity review. jeethuzz will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any inactivity measure is applied. Players are encouraged to maintain active engagement with their account or to request a withdrawal of any unplayed balance if they do not intend to continue using the platform.

jeethuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jeethuzz promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account verification.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• jeethuzz reserves the right to limit the games that contribute toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion.
• Multiple account holders sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as a single player for the purposes of bonus eligibility.
• jeethuzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Any player found to be abusing the jeethuzz bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while qualifying for a bonus, or any other form of advantage play — will have their bonus revoked, any associated winnings voided, and their account reviewed for suspension or closure.

You agree to use jeethuzz solely for personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, all applicable laws, and principles of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeethuzz platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Exploiting errors, software glitches, or technical faults in the platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from a verifiable software error are void and will not be paid. You are required to report any such error to support@jeethuzz promptly.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the jeethuzz platform, its games, or its software.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeethuzz staff or other players through any communication channel.

jeethuzz employs fraud detection systems that monitor platform usage in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, the account holder will be unable to deposit, wager, or withdraw. jeethuzz will make reasonable efforts to resolve investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to the account holder via their registered email address.

jeethuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 above.
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder without valid cause.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeethuzz reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, jeethuzz may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is established, any legitimately held balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support@jeethuzz. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any verified balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within five business days of the closure being confirmed, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the jeethuzz platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of jeethuzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeethuzz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jeethuzz platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any jeethuzz content or software.
• Use any jeethuzz brand name, trademark, logo, or other identifying mark without explicit written authorisation.
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling, or any automated data collection method on the jeethuzz platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jeethuzz website on any other website or platform.

Game content available on jeethuzz is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. jeethuzz makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of jeethuzz intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action. To request permission to use jeethuzz materials, please contact support@jeethuzz with full details of the proposed use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeethuzz, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the jeethuzz platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jeethuzz accepts no liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagers placed on the platform, whether or not those losses result from a platform error.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of account data arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the jeethuzz platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings received on the jeethuzz platform. It is your sole responsibility to understand and fulfil any tax obligations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

jeethuzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

jeethuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — jeethuzz will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or an email to your registered address.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required to reflect changes in law, may be made without prior notice.
